By joining the Finlandia Hotel Club you will enjoy your stays more. You also get nice extras and offers.
The new Finlandia Hotel Club is a virtual and digital loyalty system. We gave up plastic cards with respect for our environment. In the future, your loyalty card will be a bonus card that can be downloaded on your phone.
As a customer of the Finlandia Bonus Club you will receive:
- booking benefit starting from the first booking
- free parking
- no credit card details necessary
- free cancelling before 18:00 on the day of arrival
- bonus points can be used for purchases and services at our hotels
- discounts from restaurant purchases
- benefits from hotel services
- hotel offers
- special offers and events only for bonus customers
- possibility to buy bonus products
Finlandia Hotel Club – putting the nature first
Plastic cards are now history because we prefer to be environmentally friendly. Your bonus card is a digital card which can be downloaded to your phone or other mobile device. You can identify yourself with the card and get several different benefits as a bonus customer.
You can join our free Finlandia Hotel Club through our website or through hotel´s own websites or at a hotel reception. Joining is completely free of charge. As a subscription information we need your name, phone number and/or email address and DOB. You will receive the digital card on your phone during your first stay in our hotels, or by sending a request to: sales@finlandiahotels.fi
All old bonus customers of Finlandia Hotels will automatically switch to the new system as follows:
Those bonus customers who have not yet accumulated a bonus balance will move to the Blue-level.
Customers who have received the bonus balance will go directly to the Silver-level.
VIP-level customers switch directly to the Gold- or Platinum-level depending on the number of purchases.
You earn points when you make a room reservation for your own use, either through the Finlandia Hotels’ website, on each hotel´s own website or by booking a room directly from the hotel.
You earn points from all purchases (except from alcohol and tobacco products or from online webstore purchases).
You don’t get points if you stay overnight with a gift voucher, pay with points, from free nights, award night that will be charged separately or from specified contract rates nor if your reservation is made through a third party booking office, group bookings or tour operator reservations.
If you recommend a new customer to Finlandia Hotel Club, you will receive 200 points.
Points are personal and cannot be transferred from one account to another.
You can use points to purchase our services at our hotels or purchase bonus products from our online webstore.
Different payment combinations are also possible.
Points are valid for 24 months from the month of earning.
Finlandia Bonus Club Blue-level
- When booking directly, you are entitled to club-priced accommodation (limited number of rooms).
- You receive at least a € 5 discount on the room rate per night.
- Credit card details are not required at the time of booking.
- The reservation can be canceled free of charge by 18:00 on the day of arrival.
- The room rate includes breakfast, wifi, free parking and VAT.
- 10% discount on restaurant purchases (except from alcohol and tobacco).
- Access to customer site and scorecard.
- You earn points on all purchases, except our online webstore -purchases or alcohol and tobacco products. Eg € 100 = 500 points.
- The Silver-level is reached at 3,750 points.
Finlandia Bonus Club Silver-level
- When booking directly, you are entitled to club-priced accommodation (limited number of rooms).
- You receive at least a € 5 discount on the room rate per night.
- Credit card details are not required at the time of booking.
- The reservation can be canceled free of charge by 18:00 on the day of arrival.
- The room rate includes breakfast, wifi, free parking and VAT.
- Spouse/one family member can overnight in the same room free of charge.
- 15 % discount on restaurant prices (except from alcohol and tobacco). Depending on the hotel, a Finlandia Hotel Club -meal is also an option during the stay.
- Access to customer site and scorecard.
- Possible hotel-specific benefits, eg afternoon newspaper.
- You earn points on all purchases, except our online webstore -purchases or alcohol and tobacco products. Eg € 100 = 600 points.
- The Gold-level is reached at 12,000 points.
Finlandia Bonus Club Gold-level
- When booking directly, you are entitled to club-priced accommodation (limited number of rooms).
- You receive at least a € 5 discount on the room rate per night.
- Credit card details are not required at the time of booking.
- The reservation can be canceled free of charge by 18:00 on the day of arrival.
- The room rate includes breakfast, wifi, free parking and VAT.
- Spouse/one family member can overnight in the same room free of charge.
- Free room upgrade (if possible).
- No extra charge for pets in the same room (if pet friendly rooms available).
- Free early check-in and/or late check-out (if possible).
- 20 % discount on restaurant prices (except from alcohol and tobacco). Depending on the hotel, a Finlandia Hotel Club -meal is also an option during the stay.
- Access to customer site and scorecard.
- Possible hotel-specific benefits, eg afternoon newspaper.
- You earn points on all purchases, except our online webstore -purchases or alcohol and tobacco products. Eg € 100 = 800 points.
- The Platinum-level is reached at 24,000 points.
Finlandia Bonus Club Platinum-level
- When booking directly, you are entitled to club-priced accommodation (limited number of rooms).
- You receive at least a € 5 discount on the room rate per night.
- Credit card details are not required at the time of booking.
- The reservation can be canceled free of charge by 18:00 on the day of arrival.
- The room rate includes breakfast, wifi, free parking and VAT.
- Spouse/one family member can overnight in the same room free of charge.
- Room upgrade to the best possible room (if available).
- No extra charge for pets in the same room (if pet friendly rooms available).
- Free early check-in and/or late check-out (if possible).
